Dozer

Warranty Information

This is the high-performance shortboard that eats mediocre waves for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It packs about as much volume as possible into the shortboard outline, with a couple unique tweaks that keep it lively.

It's the chine in the rail near the forward fins and the accentuated "V" through the tail that really keep this board ahead of the pack. Ride it three to five inches smaller than your regular shortboard, and in anything knee to head high.

  1. Extremely good all around bigger guy shortboard.

I ordered a custom 6'2" about 2 years ago in Epoxy construction. Still looks new. The deck is holding up great and I weigh about 205 lbs. at 6' 3" tall. I live on the east coast, SC. and have surfed it on choppy waist high mush and in punchy overhead hurricane swell. And I'm here to tell you that it works for me in nearly all conditions. Paddles great... turns on a dime and holds when you need it while coming off the lip on a close out. I use the AM2 Futures fins on mine. Rusty should always have this model in their line-up. I've had 3 of them so far and they are built to last.

This board is one of the best outlines I have ridden and a great board for changing conditions. It turns like a shortboard but has a ton of volume packed into it. If you're looking for a balance between volume and maneuverability it doesn't get much better than this.

Great board. Easy paddler, lots of drive and speed yet very good in maneuvers also. Works fine in small mushy waves and in stronger surf as well. I used it in perfect 6 feet hollow beach break conditions a couple of times and it was a great surprise, going screaming fast down the line...

  4. Great board

I have the 6'2'' and I'm about 200 - 205 LBS. Works very well in all conditions. Best in mid-sized mush. Can't go wrong here.
